Your safety is our priority. Please read this page carefully before ordering if you or your guests have food allergies or intolerances.
Allergens Handled in Our Kitchen
Our single production kitchen regularly handles:
- Gluten (wheat flour in almost all products)
- Eggs
- Dairy (butter, milk, cream, cheese)
- Nuts (almonds, peanuts, cashews in select products)
- Soy (in some chocolate)
Because of shared equipment, we cannot guarantee any product is 100% free of traces of these allergens.
Product Labelling
Every product page lists its ingredients and specific allergen warnings. Dietary labels (e.g. "High Fibre") are shown where applicable. If anything is unclear, ask us before ordering.
Ordering with Allergies
- Use the Special Instructions field at checkout or on the custom cake form to tell us about allergies.
- For severe allergies, contact us before ordering — we will honestly tell you whether we can safely accommodate the request.
- We will never substitute ingredients without telling you.
